About the Conference
Have you been able to establish a basic S&OP process and are wondering how to get to the next level of S&OP maturity curve? Maybe you are not satisfied with the results of your current S&OP process and would need to find ways of improving the outputs and engagement with stakeholders?
Or perhaps your demand and supply balancing provides robust and reliable operational plants but your team is struggling with overwhelming amounts of manual work and you are looking for ways to automate some of the most burdensome tasks?
In this event we will explore real world examples and use cases on how companies have been able to take their S&OP processes to the next level against Gartner’s maturity model. We will explore the different elements of successful transformations as well as identify typical pitfalls. We will also discuss the role of technology in these transitions and provide practical hints on successful ways of utilizing technology.
