About the Conference
Have you been able to establish a basic S&OP process and are wondering how to get to the next level of S&OP maturity curve? Maybe you are not satisfied with the results of your current S&OP process and would need to find ways of improving the outputs and engagement with your stakeholders?
Or perhaps your demand and supply balancing provides robust and reliable operational plans but your team is struggling with overwhelming amounts of manual work and you are looking for ways to automate some of the most burdensome tasks?
In this networking event organized by Plan, Inspirage and Oracle, we will explore real world examples and use cases on how companies have been able to take their S&OP processes to the next level against Gartner’s maturity model. We will explore the different elements of successful transformations as well as identify typical pitfalls. We will also discuss the role of technology in these transitions and demonstrate successful ways of utilizing technology for modern S&OP.
Professor Patrik Jonsson from Chalmers University of Technology will join us and share a very recent study conducted in the Nordic countries.
In order to foster quality discussions, the number of attendees is limited. Some presentations will be in Swedish and some in English. This event is free of charge after confirmation of your registration.
Any attendee who wishes an additional 1:1 meeting with us after lunch, please send a note to emir.musabasic@inspirage.com and we will connect.
Conference attendees are Experts, Managers, Directors and Executives who are in charge of introducing and supporting transformational approaches for Sales & Operations Planning.
